WTS International rebrands and joins Arch Amenities Group
POSTED 12 May 2022 . BY Megan Whitby
AAG opened The IlaOnly Spa att Lotte New York Palace in February 2021 and continues to provide management services
A brand new amenity management firm named Arch Amenities Group has been formed by the amalgamation of spa and wellness consultancy and management company WTS International, corporate fitness and amenity solution provider LifeStart and Meet Hospitality – a hospitality services and hosted meetings company.

The trio of businesses have undergone a collective rebrand and are now referred to as one group entity – Arch Amenities Group (AAG).

AAG’s mission statement is to provide an enhanced set of services, amenities and offerings to activate spaces in wellness, hospitality, commercial real estate and multi-family settings through the three companies’ experience.

Barry Goldstein, new AAG CEO (former WTS CEO), explained: “We partner with property owners and managers to create and activate spaces, delivering exceptional and bespoke experiences for their customers increasing their sense of wellbeing through elevated service and innovative programming.

“AAG delivers these services and experiences by managing spas, fitness centres, meeting and event centres and delivering community engagement activation. We do this work at hotels and resorts, multi-tenant commercial office towers, multi-family residential properties and country clubs.”

He confirmed to Spa Business that spa design and management will continue to be a critical division of the new company, a branch underpinned by WTS’ in-depth experience in the sector spanning nearly 50 years.

Thanks to new leadership appointments and a growth platform, Goldstein says the spa division is expected to double in size over the next few years.

Many of the experts from the former consultancy have remained on board during the transition.

Services on offer at AAG include:
• Concept and brand development.
• Needs analysis and feasibility studies.
• Market research.
• Design consulting.
• Pre-opening services.
• Operational consulting.
• Daily management services.

“We provide innovation-driven, detailed and insightful use of psychographic and demographic data to understand audiences to programme and market in a way that will be engaging to them specifically,” Goldstein concludes.

“This ensures we provide unique custom solutions and avoid a cookie-cutter approach.”

There are currently more than 250 AAG locations spread throughout the 35 US states, including:
• Spa at Eau Palm Beach, Florida.
• Ocean Place Resort & Spa, Long Branch, New Jersey.
St.Regis Hotel Kanai, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
• Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, Montreal, Canada.
• Sam Lord’s Castle, Barbados.
• InterContinental Hotels, Boston and Miami.
• Milwaukee Athletic Club, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

AAG has also expressed plans to expand its reach to the Caribbean, Mexico, Canada and western Europe.
